Initiate Your Request
Log into your Edifier account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
